Sarah Hinson, Chair of the Working Group made
presentation from the Working Group Committee.
Jimmy Suber asked how much money we are
talking about and how many are we serving.
Joy Anderson said it would be around 4,100
visits.
Craig McMillan why would they use
It targets those that are uninsured.
Battle so far seen over 300 people with no
insurance.
McMillan do we have safeguards in place are
we truly serving the indigent.
Anderson -
we are asking for approval of the concept.
Herb is this program capped at the
$258,000.
Anderson Yes, one time money, are hope is
that it can be used as a pilot program.
Suber how did we limit visits.
Anderson- It depends on the Health Plan the
Dr. comes up with. This is a person that
might be identified through this project.
McMillan Concurred with Mr. Suber he would
like to see it serve as many people as possible.

Lawson If this comes before the Board; they
would probably want to fine tune for final approval.
McMillan none of the funds will be used for
administration; Can the funds be used
for Medicaid.
Lawson it cant be used.
